JOIN LOCAL AVIATION & CLASSIC CAR ENTHUSIASTS FOR A NIGHT OF CELEBRATION AND FUNDRAISING TOGETHER.
AIRCRAFT & AVIATORS
This year we'll have some fresh aircraft on the ramp. A T-6 Texan, new helicopters and jets. Come see what's inside those hangars at KSHR and chat with local aviation enthusiasts, instructors, and employees alike.
CLASSIC CARS
Check out a wide array of classic cars from Woody's Wagens & Classic Cruisers and several local aviators! Last year, the Ford Broncos were certainly the crowd favorite.
FOOD & DRINK
Food catered by our local team at The Bighorn Y and a full bar by Sheridan Liquors. Your ticket gets you appetizers, dinner, three beverages, and dessert. Cash bar will also be available.
AUCTION & LIVE MUSIC
Local auctioneer extraordinaire, Colton Malli, will heat things up and help us raise scholarship funds, followed by live music and dancing with local classic rock band, Sidetrack.
SUPPORT A GREAT CAUSE: sCHOLARSHIPS
All proceeds from this year's event and auction will go towards the Sheridan Pilots Association (SPA) Fred M. Barton Scholarship fund. Every dollar earned will support two annual scholarships that enable a qualified and committed local commercial pilot and aircraft maintenance technician to receive training costs covered by the SPA. With your help, we raised more than $46k for this cause last year.

CAN WE BRING KIDS?
We love your children, but this event is only open to people 16 and older. In order to share the marvels of aviation and classic cars with children, we will have an open house on Saturday, August 26th at 8am.
CAN I INVITE FAMILY & FRIENDS?
Absolutely! We welcome you to purchase tickets for family and friends 16 and older. All attendees must be 16 or older.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
2024 Theme: TOP GUN
This is a party and people are dressing up! Dresses and jumpsuits for women, nice pants or jeans with a button up for men. Come dressed feeling your best, ready to dance, and bring something warm enough for when the sun goes down.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Please park in the long-term parking lot for the Sheridan County Airport then walk to the event entrance by the FedEx building.
